Instead of a great principle, deeper explanation of the principle, multiple examples of the principle in action, and suggestions/plans for applying the principle, the reader gets a great principle followed up by cheerleading, slogans, and other relative superficialities.Overall not a bad book, and it's based on some outstanding insights. I fully expect this author's next book to be better.

Once you discover root of negative emotions, the book gives example about how ask God for help and declare HIS Word over that area. It gives steps and practical suggestion about moving forward in your life from your past. I highly recommend this book. Sarah shares a lot of her mistakes and the tools use to overcome then and step into victory.
